Ahui** is a PSSC Labs Opteron/Myrinet Linux clutster with 1 head node and 32 compute nodes. All nodes are dual CPU/ dual Core AMD Opteron 265 with 8GB RAM. The combined peak speed of the the compute nodes is 460 GFLOPS. The /home/ahui disk volume, which is hardware RAID internal to the headnode, has ~7.2 TB capacity. It is NFS mounted on the compute nodes. The Myrinet interconnect provides a low latency network for parallel computations across multiple nodes.

Use bash.
GTOPO does not work.
Ahui is 64bit machines. Refer to the RSM wiki-page regarding installing in the 64bit machine.
You have to use /opt/mpich/mx-pgi. Make sure in your ~/.bashrc mpif90 you use is located in /opt/mpich/mx-pgi/bin.

1. When ./install, indicate INSTITUTION=ahui_iprc

2. In lib, change: lib/lib/w3lib_linux nainit.f
chage from
